Suitable packaging

Would you like to ensure that your return arrives to us undamaged?

Then we ask you to choose suitable packaging (e.g. cardboard) for your return. This is the easiest way to optimally protect your return.

Please note that this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Without this being a condition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, we ask you to enclose our fully completed returns form with returns.

This way we can ensure quick and smooth processing.

We calculate our item prices and shipping costs fairly and without taking into account the additional costs of a possible return. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to offer free return labels and hope for your understanding.

We will process incoming goods promptly and refund any payments received from you promptly, but at the latest within the statutory repayment period .

Please note that exchanges are unfortunately not possible. If you would like to order a different size or item, please place a new order.

Who pays the shipping costs for a new order?

Our shipping costs consist of the costs of the shipping packaging, the packaging material, shipping postage and the helping hands of the shipping department. We calculate both our item prices and the shipping costs fairly and without taking into account the additional costs of a possible new order.
